Q - 1. "What is QoL?"

A. "Pronounced quol QoL is the affectionate name for Quality Of Life coined by our customers over time... It's a simple mnemonic to remember Quality Of Life and at the same time shorten it down somewhat".

The more it got used, the more it helped us come up with our new branding around the new little word of QoL. QoL is designed to become the World's No 1 Education Brand... to represent a place where people can come to experience products and programmes to give them Education For Success in the 21st Century.

QoL, the word also became the core of our 'How's Your QoL Campaign?' where the word takes on the meaning... "what have you done lately to improve the quality of your life?" It's the English word for Kaizen... which in Japanese means Continuous and Never Ending Improvement.

We want to get people taliking about their Qol to create the UK version of the American Dream... something to inspire the passion of the Brits to go for Entelechy... and Achieve their Potential!

Q - 2. What is a simple way to look at Entelechy

A. Thing of the word Psychology... the study of people and why they do the things they do. Now say Entelechy (pronounced Ent-el-eh-key) in exactly the same way you say Psychology. Entelechy is our new technology for enabling people to achieve their potential. It literally means 'to realise your potential... to honour your own innate drive to fulfill your potential'.

By enabling people to Achieve Their Potential... Entelechy is effectively a method or system for individuals to first attract, and then capitalise on opportunities which come their way.

Q - 3. Originally QoL grew out of us being one of the UK's oldest Coaching Companies... long before Life Coaching was known over here. Coaching no doubt helps people and yet we found something was lacking. Coaching is an excellent communication system... but often lacks systemmatic steps for the client to follow. We know we want to take Coaching to another level. By chance, we started working with 2 different groups of people... Project Managers and Successful Entrepreneurs.

Project Managers brought focus and step by step plans and strategies... Entrepreneurs brought intuition, creativity, flair and pure money making ability.

Quite quickly our QoL jigsaw started to come together.

Coaching provided the communication system, Project Management added tracks to run on and Entrepreneurship added the ingredient of Energy and Dynamism. The components for our new science Achieving Your Potential was in place... Entelechy is that powerful new technology!

In creating Entelechy we wanted to create something that did in reality start to teach us Everything You Ever Wished You'd Been Taught At School And Could Never Find Out.

Beyond Coaching, Project Management and Entrepreneurship we intend to add in what becomes the new generation of teachers for increased QoL in the 21st Century... Throw in Dieticians, Naturopaths, Chiropractors, Reflexologists et al and train them all on the core principles of Entelechy and Result! We are in the process of providing Life Skills Education for anyone who wants it - within any budget to enable people to fulfill their innate potential.

Q - 4. What makes Entelechy different or better than anything else?

A. Nothing - is the short answer! Our fundamental is encouraging individuals to make up their own mind... hence if they find something that works for them, they should stick with it.

In principle (beyond our natural biases)... Entelechy is 'better', or perhaps better put is - 'needed' - because we've blended the best components of Coaching, Project Management and Entrepreneurship and the result is real Synergy! (Sorry for the jargon... but you get the picture... the 3 components brought together - 1 + 1 + 1... adds up to a lot more than 3). The synergy creates a QOL/Success approach that suits most people in their desire to achieve more in their lives.

By blending disciplines and then working with other 'teachers' (in the broadest sense)... we've created something very fluid, very open to change... something which prevents a dogma from forming.

As Entelechists.... we would never try and tell you what is right for you... nor would we ever tell you that Entelechy is any better than anything else. We encourage you to think for yourself and make up your own mind.

If you do that... you're on your own path to Entelechy, whether you work with an Entelechist or not!

Q - 5. Who Hires A Entelechist?

A. In the past mainly top business people, company owners and senior managers as the 1 to 1 face to face programmes were £3000 plus, making them very expensive for individuals. Also sportspeople have always used Coaches as we mentioned.
With telephone Entelechy and now Homestudy Entelechy (check out SuperYou our unique homestudy programme) ... weekend coaching seminars and even the internet, then Entelechy services can be offered for much lower prices as the Entelechist no longer has to travel to the client.

Now more and more people from all different backgrounds for all sorts of reasons are deciding to work with a Entelechist as they can do so without spending huge amounts of money.

Q - 6. What's creating the need or urge in people to work with a Entelechist?

A. Think about it ... the world is busy, busy, busy, there's no time to draw breath anymore. There's all this information coming at us ... which we don't know what to do with.

Our lives are getting faster and faster and yet the world has changed and is continuing to do so - rapidly ... yet school never equipped us for life in the world today.

We sometimes refer to QoL as "Everything You Ever Wished You'd Been Taught At School And Could Never Find Out".

As ... no-one taught us how to have the perfect body (for us), we've been told our emotions are the enemy, no-one told us how to find the partner of our dreams … and then live with them and then bring up children. No-one told us how to get rich, nor did anyone give us a rule book for this amazing thing called our brain. The best we've come up with for managing ourselves is little books called time management systems ... when it's impossible to manage time.

That's just some of the reasons why people are hiring Entelechists ... as they can't get this kind of help from any other source!

Sometimes people get what we call 'Life Wake Up Calls' ... events such as redundancy, illness, a significant birthday (like 40!), a child leaves home, they get offered a big promotion, they lose someone close to them etc. These have often been the triggers for people to seek out Entelechists in the past.

A. We're biased of course ... but you may realise the criteria we offer here makes complete sense.

You may find other companies are too narrow & the blending method of Entelechy is more to your choice. If thats the case, we are pretty much the only people who can help as we are the inventors of Entelechy. Firstly check out the credentials of the company … get some testimonials. We'd recommend you find out why the company calls itself a Coaching/Education company. How long have they been in this line of work? We're not so worried about membership of professional bodies and qualifications etc... we're much keener on the results the Entelechists can help people get ... and that they can prove it!!
If you look… you’ll soon find Life Coaches… who were ‘ trained’ by people who’ve never done any Coaching themselves. They are not the Coaches to hire in our view!!!

A. Unlike many 'single offering' (narrow companies) who just want to sell you a fixed monthly fee (£250 - £300 ish) ... QoL's broader approach gives the individual a much simpler starting point!
