If you ask us the question "What Is Quality of Life Experience?" (Which many people do); it is virtually impossible to answer in any meaningful way, other than perhaps... "it’s a seminar, it’s about self improvement". But what does that tell you?

The solution is very simple... to get you to answer your own question by designing what QoL Experience is to you as only you can answer the question as it is different to every person who has ever experienced it.

6. What were your dreams for the future when you were young? Can you remember how it used to make you feel? (and have you given up on those dreams?).



7. What is the most intimate experience of your life to date?



8. What’s the most challenging experience of your life to date? What lessons did you learn?



• When was the last time you had the feeling of “WOW” in your life? (Complete amazement, exhilaration, wonderment etc). Can you describe the “WOW” feeling?



9. Bonus Question! Do you remember what it’s like to FEEL TOTALLY HAPPY? (How do you know?) Would you like to feel it more often? … and would you like to know how to make yourself HAPPY – really HAPPY any time you wish?
